We provide a comprehensive assessment of needs reports to solicitors and case managers. This will enable Brain Injury patients to return home safely or if they are already home to make sure all issues are appropriately addressed and there is a proper action plan in place in order for the patient to achieve the highest functional outcome possible both immediate and in the long term. Our comprehensive assessment of needs will cover all the help and support required for the patient to return back home or to stay at home and continue to functionally improve while independence in maximised. We can also provide a periodic report update at certain time intervals or at any time upon request if required to illustrate how the patient is progressing with therapy.
